This Committee shall develop and implement all the required policies and procedures for the operation of the Board of Directors of PDACL

The Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors and exists continuously unless disbanded by PDACL’s Board of Directors. The Committee may be disbanded at any time by PDACL’s Board of Directors. This committee meets on a monthly basis.

Committee Members include: Tony Shaw -Chair (parliamentarian), Geoff Wright, Anne-Marie Lafleur, Barb Barry, Clair Schuman, and Doreen Shaw.
