The schedule for the monthly regular board meetings has been selected to ensure that as many board members as possible will be able to attend.  This schedule will be updated whenever necessary.  Generally, the meetings are held on  the first Thursday each month (July, August and December - as required) alternating each month between 4:30pm and 9:15am.  Location: 118 McMillan, Parksville (Downstairs -Board/Quiet Room).  The next scheduled meeting(s):

These days/times/locations may be changed from time to time. Interim meetings of the Board may be called as needed.

PDACL or Community Members who wish to attend Board Meetings to make a presentation may make a request in writing describing their topic  to the Corresponding Secretary by mail, fax or e-mail. Please see the 'Contact Page' for address details.
