The board members meet on a monthly basis. Minutes from the meetings are available for PDACL members.  These minutes are posted on the Website and also available in hard copy in the PDACL Office. Below is a list of Board positions and members:

Board members' activities are governed by the PDACL constitution and By-Laws.  Their main function is to support the Executive Director in implementing the programming decisions undertaken by the Board of Directors.  There are conflict of interest guidelines, confidentiality agreements, and a criminal record check that are required to be adhered to by any member of the Board of Directors.
